Sit down and practice playing football. In order to get a good sense of the ball, you can try practicing in a simple situation. Start by sitting down.
Take off your shoes and socks and sit on the ground with your knees up.
Hold the ball in your hands over your feet and put your arms around your knees.
Kick the ball out of your hands with the instep of your foot. Fix the ankle. When the foot touches the ball, the ball should touch the "shoelace" part of your foot, or if you are wearing spikes, the part where the shoelace is located.
Kick the ball gently. The ball should only be kicked about 60cm without rotation or with only a little rotation.
Try to touch the ball with your dominant foot first, and then replace it with your non dominant foot. Skilled footballers can play with non dominant feet as well as dominant feet.
Stand up and practice playing football. Try again to kick the ball up only 60 centimeters with only a little spin.
Stand up and repeat the action. Let the ball fall over your foot and kick it gently. This step will exercise your coordination.
Again, try not to let the ball spin when you kick it up.
